Revision Policy

The package you selected includes several rounds of revisions to make sure we meet your expectations. You can request changes within the allowed number of revisions, as stated in your package details. We are dedicated to providing excellent service and will keep revising the design until you're completely satisfied. No extra charges will apply for adjustments to the original design. Your revised design will be ready within 48 hours.

Please note any change requests after the website design is finalized will be considered a new order and may incur additional charges.

Refund Policy

Here is the refund policy for Prodigy Tech Studio:

• Clients with custom packages are not eligible for refunds.
• Once revisions are requested, no refunds will be issued.
• No refund will be given if there is no communication for more than two weeks after the project starts.
• Refunds will be processed according to the company's policy guidelines.
• If a client hires another company for the same project, they are no longer eligible for a refund.
• Refunds are possible only if the creative brief includes all necessary information.
• Refunds will not be given for complete design changes.
• Requests made after the specified timeframe will not be eligible for refunds.
• Refunds will not be granted due to business changes, such as closure or name changes.
• Refunds will not be issued for reasons like "change of mind" or disagreements with business partners.
• If you are dissatisfied with a specific service in a bundle, you may receive a refund for that service only.
• No refunds will be issued after 15 days from the purchase date.
• Certain services, such as Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting, are non-refundable.
• Refunds cannot be processed after the client approves the website design for development.
• A money-back guarantee is available only if the client entirely rejects the initial designs. If any additional concepts or modifications are requested, a 33% deduction will be applied for incurred costs.

Note: Prodigy Tech Studio reserves the right to reject any project or cancel the contract. After a refund, clients will no longer have any rights to use the designs, and the designs will become the property of Prodigy Tech Studio.
